Ferguson Resource Group Ltd are currently recruiting a Multi Skilled Engineer based in the West Midlands on behalf of one of our Global FM and Real Estate Clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Understand, anticipate and deliver customer (internal and external) needs while building effective relationships. 2. Positively respond to both our internal and external customers through effective communication and personal accessibility. 3. Providing excellent customer service, by managing client expectations and ensuring information is communicated between the team and customers. 4. Liaising with client on a variety of matters and attending to their needs whilst maintaining a strong working relationship. 5. Understand procedures and processes and operate them to the required standard, including, but not limited to the following: a) Carry out routine and reactive maintenance to all building plant, equipment and systems to meet and exceed expectations, and agreed service level agreements. b) Carry out any reactive tasks within the agreed service level to include plumbing, fabric, electrical or porter duties. c) Complete building inspections, reporting and rectifying any defects and hazards as appropriate. d) Maintain domestic water systems to comply with the requirements with L8. e) Keep suitable spares available on site to carry out maintenance of plant. f) Prepare, review and adhere to Method Statements and Risk Assessments for all tasks carried out to ensure safe working practices. g) Supervise subcontractors to ensure comply with contractual commitments, and site operating processes. i) Maintain the onsite Log Books to ensure they are up to date at all times with the necessary documentation. j) Liaise with subcontractors to ensure that planned maintenance visits are carried out within the service level agreement, as well as arranging ad hoc visits as and when required. 6. Perform with an understanding of business requirements and changes, and ensuring continuous improvement. 7. Actively participate in a diverse and effective team. 8. Convey messages and ideas clearly and openly. Involve people and influence decisions. 9. Actively participate in the provision of a safe & healthy working environment, and ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures, as well as client site policies, procedures and working arrangements, as required. 10. Ensure a professional image is presented to clients and visitors and ensure excellence in customer service is delivered and promoted at all times. 11.
