Ferguson Resource Group Ltd are currently recruiting for an Engineering Supervisor based in London on behalf of one of our Global FM Clients.

As an Experienced Engineering Supervisor, you will lead and oversee a team of Engineers on a mobile basis across a range of sites within the contract. To ensure that the team of engineers complete all PPM and reactive maintenance activities in a timely manner and in line with contract SLAs and statutory compliance.  This position requires experience in leading engineers in multi-disciplinary positions including Electrical, Mechanical and Fabric.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
•    Lead a team of Engineers, carrying out set to works, permit to works where necessary and supervise with reactive, ppm and minor project tasks.
•    Quality check and sign off on minor, new installations, reactive, remedial PPM and life cycle works.
•    Ensure compliance is adhered to, including compliance records are updated, PTW/ATW issued, Contractor Management.
•    Help formulate quotes to upgrade existing systems and equipment that are at capacity as well as to install on new minor works projects.
•    Carry out H&S checks on team and working environment including audits. 
•    Liaise with specialist sub-contractors and set to works to enable servicing 
•    Operate planned maintenance procedures for assets effectively and safely within their range of qualifications, training and experience.
•    Deal effectively and safely with breakdowns and damage to assets within their range of qualifications, training and experience as required and by out of hours response where necessary.
•    Write up reports and technical procedures for Building Maintenance Activities.
•    Assist in the training and development of other maintenance/technical staff involved in site maintenance activities.
•    Maintain inspection and repairs to various types of heating, water, ventilation, electrical, mechanical and security etc. equipment and services on site.
•    Follow detailed drawings and operational maintenance manuals in order to carry out all planned maintenance, routine inspections and repairs.
•    Work with other craft qualified, semi-skilled and non-skilled maintenance staff to develop cross-skilling and cover all levels and aspects of maintenance activities on a team work basis.
•    Participate in emergency call out arrangements in respect of Integrated Facilities Management Systems on the maintained sites.
•    Operate on a fixed site basis for a defined period, to assist in project/development work or to cover for an absent site manager/engineer.
•    Support with quotations for any variation works and ongoing recurring costs.
•    Support with reviewing and logging and planned and reactive Life Cycle works across the contract.
•    Review CAFM system to ensure all PPM/Remedial/Reactives are completed in a timely manner.

Essential Skills & Knowledge:
•    Fully qualified in either Electrical, Mechanical or Fabric
•    Experience in building and facilities maintenance
•    Experience in leading Teams in a fast paced environment.
•    Full, clean driving licence 
•    IOSH qualification

Desirable Skills & Knowledge:
•    Previous knowledge of a CAFM System
•    Permit to work qualifications in Hot Works, WAH, Confined Spaces
•    IT Literate in Google and/or Microsoft Excel/Word
